1. Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to almost anywhere in the world.
2. Payment & Shipping
Sorry for the inconvenience, as of right now, payment can only be made via PayPal.
Orders over $100 are shipped for free.
Orders under $100 are charged a fee of $9.99 - $19.99 (DHL Express).
Delivery should normally take up to 5 working days (we ask that you allow up to 10 working days if delays occur).

*A minimum order value of $0 applies to all international shipments.
3. Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:
1. Country of origin of the purchased product
2. Local VAT rates
3. Local import taxes

*It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
4. Secure Ordering
The security of your order information is very important to us. All financial transactions are carried out via the secure payment gateway; PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest, most widely accepted ways to pay for your purchases on the Internet. We do not store your credit card details.
5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have seven calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Your product must be in its original packaging. Your product needs are accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then immediately update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
